Aluminium Beryllium Master Alloys

DOMADIA AlBe ALLOY is capable of supplying the following different grade of aluminium beryllium master alloys, including AlBe 3.5% Aluminium Beryllium master alloys, AlBe 5.0% Aluminium Beryllium master alloys and other grade of aluminium beryllium master alloys are also available upon customers request.

Al-Be alloy system had the potential to produce a family of lightweight materials with the combined attributes of the high modulus and strength of beryllium and high ductility and fracture toughness of aluminum. Beryllium is one of the lightest aerospace structural materials with a density of 1.85 g/cc (0.067 lb/cu.in.) while aluminum’s density is approximately 45% higher at 2.7 g/cc (0.097 lb/cu.in.)
1). AlBe3.50% Aluminium Beryllium Master Alloys in ingot form

Copper Beryllium Master Alloys

DOMADIA BeCu-ALLOY is capable of supplying the following different grade of copper beryllium master alloys, including CuBe3.3% Copper Beryllium master alloys, CuBe 4.0% Copper Beryllium master alloys, CuBe10% Copper Beryllium master alloys, and other grade of copper beryllium master alloys are also available upon customers request.

1). CuBe3.30% Copper Beryllium Master Alloys in ingot form
Chemical Composition : Be: 3.0-4.0%; Fe:0.12% Max.; Al:0.15% Max.; Si:0.15% Max.; Pb:0.005% Max.; Cu: Balance

2). CuBe4% Copper Beryllium Master Alloys in ingot form

BERYLLIUM NICKEL INGOTS

Nickel Beryllium Master Alloy Ingot

Nickel beryllium master alloy is produced in up to 20 kg ingots that can be crushed at a customer’s request to pieces of up to 100 mm size.

Specifications : NiBe 14.5 Nickel-Beryllium master alloy with 14.0 – 15.5 mass % of Be
